Same day dispatch. We endeavour to post your order on the day that we receive it. Sometimes factors beyond our control can affect this, along with disruption of postal services. Please allow 3 to 4 business days for your order to arrive. please contact us if you order has not arrived within 5 working days or if your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately.
Returns and Refund Policy
Our returns and refund policy does not affect your legal rights. We cannot accept returns of kits, charts and patterns in order for us to support copyright law and protect the intellectual copyrights of the designers whose kits, charts and patterns we sell.

Packages NOT received
If you have not received your order within 14 days please contact us immediately, so we get the opportunity to track the parcel. Any notice after the 14 days we are unable to guarantee a replacement or a refund.
